• Works in close relation with the Commercial Manager on implementing sales plans and reaching sales targets.
• Supports and coaches direct reports Sales Representatives to help them meet sales objectives as set by the management.
• Communicates with direct reports Sales Representatives management’s instructions and guidelines.
• Assumes responsibility for the Sales representative’s performance and target achievements.
• Assumes responsibility for all sales activities in a given market sector of the sales representatives in case of their absence
• Reports on weekly basis sound sales reports according to company standards.
• Coordinates with sales coordinator all clients’ sales orders
• Forecasts the future sales results based on current sales activities.
• Keeps constant contacts with clients through visits.
• Answers in a timely manner to all clients’ requests for information, offers, and products claims.
• Makes sure all sales dues are collected within the agreed period.
• Maintains and expands existing customer’s portfolio in line with company growth strategies.
• Reports all information regarding sales activities, customers gained and lost, competitive activities, results of marketing programs to management
• Prepares Sales offers as per the price list and delivery schedule.
• Prepares presentations for clients on all products whenever needed.
• Provides feedback regarding the product range and selling prices of products.
• Recognizes problems related to products and reacts quickly and effectively to resolve them in coordination management and technical staff.
• Participates in commercial and Sales meetings and sales Seminars.
• Coordinates with the Sales Coordinator Assistant in establishing the daily delivery schedule of products.
• Provides feedback regarding products quality compared to original product specifications, and proposes changes as per customers and market requirements.
• Provides technical support to Project Managers, Foremen and Technicians when needed.
• Informs sales team about new products availability and old products modifications within the specified range of products.
• Makes necessary researches to evaluate a product position in the market and suggests necessary advertising and promotional activities.
• Receives claims or request for improvements from Sales Representatives and takes necessary actions.
• Assists the Commercial Manager in setting prices of the concerned products.
• Conducts joint sales calls with Sales Representative whenever needed.
• Submits to management a monthly sales report about the product line.
• Assumes responsibility for the product line gross margins.
